Entering WMS-5A&NZ Scores

The Wechsler Memory Scale®Australian and New Zealand (5th ed.; WMS®-5A&NZ) is the most widely used scale for assessing memory for individuals ages 16:0 to 90:11. It is an individually administered measure of learning and memory processes for the identification, diagnosis, and follow-up evaluation of memory difficulties. There are three WMS-5A&NZ forms for flexibility of administration (i.e., Standard, Short, and Alternate). Each form includes two age-based batteries: a battery for individuals ages 16-69 and a battery for individuals ages 70-90.

The WMS-5A&NZ on Q-global includes manual entry with an Overview tab and a Subtests tab. The Overview tab includes administration settings and assessment demographics. The Subtests tab allows for a maximum of 10 WMS-5A&NZ subtests to be entered on the manual entry tab, plus a BCSE score.
